Rebecca Shawver

Biography

Rebecca Shawver became licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in November 2022. She graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 2022 and earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Suffolk University. Prior to her licensure, Rebecca was a Law Clerk at The Law Offices of Andrew S. Guisbond from July 2020 until November 2022.

Rebecca represents clients at each stage of Probate and Family Court proceedings, from the filing of the initial complaint to advocating for clients at trial.  She represents clients in a variety of cases including divorce, custody and support disputes, paternity actions, modifications, adoptions and contempts. She is a strong advocate for her clients inside and outside the courtroom while also counseling her clients to reach an amicable and fair resolution.
